Oct. 30 was celebrated by Food Science students as they explored non-crystalline candy production by making and analyzing structure of the world's treasured Halloween treat, CANDY CORN! 


On Sunday, Oct. 27 at the first annual Sizzling Chili Throwdown located at Lake Lawn Resort in Delavan, Wisconsin, Pulaski ProStart teamed up with Fox Valley Technical College's Chef Jeff and took SECOND PLACE, missing first by a mere .6 of a point!
