Luigi's ProStart Fundraising Night- Wed. Feb 6

Make plans with your friends and family for next Wednesday, Feb. 6. Luigi's Pizza Palace II in Little Suamico will be hosting a ProStart fundraiser where 20% of all dine-in proceeds and any take-out/delivery items specified for ProStart will be donated to our Culinary and Hospitality/Management competition teams. Culinary 1 Final Exam- ICE CREAM INNOVATIONS!


Culinary 1 students demonstrated their knowledge of basic concepts covered this semester, such as careers in the food-service industry, product development/preparation, and menu pricing.  In groups, they created an original ice cream flavor that could be packaged and sold at retail stores in the area and also be sold as a dessert in restaurants.  Ice cream bases and any ingredients include in the final product had to be made from scratch.
