Culinary 1 Final Exam- ICE CREAM INNOVATIONS!


Culinary 1 students demonstrated their knowledge of basic concepts covered this semester, such as careers in the food-service industry, product development/preparation, and menu pricing.  In groups, they created an original ice cream flavor that could be packaged and sold at retail stores in the area and also be sold as a dessert in restaurants.  Ice cream bases and any ingredients include in the final product had to be made from scratch.
