Terrific Teriyaki

Advanced Foods students started their global cuisine unit studying Japan and preparing Teriyaki Chicken.  No chopsticks were available for devouring but forks worked just fine!

ProStart students tour Shawano Businesses

Six ProStart students had the privilege to attend the NTWC business tour, featuring 3 Shawano businesses, all owned and operated by successful women entrepreneurs-The Farm Inn (Kelly Baumann), ANEW (Cindy Van Belkom) and Body Essentials (Kathy Hansen).  Students learned about starting and owning your own business, leadership as well as the retail and food industries.  Thank you Kathy, Cindy and Kelly for the great tour and for sharing your business insights with our local high school students.

Ohhhhhh Snap!
